Maybe Maileys

Alright. This is a really crappy name, but here goes.

I wanted to have a sip of baileys again, but I didnt want it plainly on the rocks. So I decided to ransack the fridge for a little inspiration. And there it was. Mango juice. I decided to do a little half and half with mango and baileys, following it a splash of sambuca, shake with ice. The results were fantastic. What you got at the end is a smoothie consistency, unbelievably smooth maileys. Maybe.

Irish Creme de la Creme

Baileys has to be one of my top 5 favourite liqueurs, because of its versatility. We probably can mix many different flavours with baileys. Here's one so far:

30ml Caramel Vodka

30ml Baileys Irish Cream

30ml Bols Peppermint

Place all the liquids in a tall glass filled with ice, stir and serve.

Black milk

This drink is part of the milk-based cocktail faze. I love a bit of froth in my drinks, just like I do with my coffee. If you feel like living on the dark side for just one night, try this.

30ml Blackcurrant syrup

30ml Milk

15ml Cointreau

15ml Amaretto

Place the liquids in a shaker, shake it nice and hard, till you get a frothy mixture. (You could blend it if you're making it in bulk it works wonders). Strain it into a cocktail glass and serve.
